Freestyle vs Pre-Choreographed Aerobics
Freestyle aerobics is in a format whereby nothing is pre choreographed and set in stone. What is taught is totally left up to the individual instructor. Teaching freestyle aerobics gives the instructor:
- freedom to re-teach a move that needs re-visiting
- freedom to adapt choreography if participants are cruising or struggling
- freedom to make choreography more creative
- freedom to speed up or slow down music tempo
- ability to cater for several skill levels at once
From class to class, the participants will differ and so too will skill levels. Freestyle Aerobics is a format that allows the instructor the total ability to cater each and every class as a separate entity.
